Introduction

This programme reflects concern about teenage pregnancy rates in the UK, where it seems that generations of young teenagers do not realise how easy it is to get pregnant, or how hard it is to be a parent. In the programme, three teenagers each look after a baby on their own for three days and find out just what is involved.

Teachers using the programme should familiarise themselves with the content and with any sex education guidelines that might apply.
