England

The programmes are directly relevant to KS3 History ‘A World Study after 1900’, for schools studying any aspect of the home front in the Second World War, and to many GCSE Modern World courses which contain elements of study relating to aspects of warfare and the impact of war on civilians.

Wales

The programmes are relevant to a KS3 study of ‘The Twentieth-Century World’ for schools examining the home front in that unit. They may also be applicable to the study of a historical theme in depth, namely 'War and Society'.

Scotland

The programmes are relevant to aspects of the 5–14 curriculum. They are directly relevant to S-Grade History Unit II (Context C: 'The Experience of War 1939–45').

Northern Ireland

The programmes are relevant to the KS3 Study Unit 4, 'The Twentieth-Century World' and to the GCSE Unit B1 'Peace, War and Neutrality: Britain, Northern Ireland and Ireland and the Second World War (Experience of and Response to War)'.
