Pupils should be able to:

• recognise and acknowledge the differences in male and female perceptions of the opposite sex;
• identify key influences when starting a relationship;
• recognise that they can make the decision when to have a relationship;
• acknowledge that a number of males and females will be attracted to the same sex.
