The Big Production

Programme Outline

This programme charts the progress of a group of A level students of Theatre Arts as they prepare for the production of a play, ‘All God’s Children’, written by the school’s Head of Drama. The programme inter-cuts shots of the preparation, auditions, rehearsals and performance, and includes interviews with staff involved, as well as conveying the reactions and feelings of the children taking part, giving a vivid picture of the energy, creativity and commitment involved in such an undertaking.
