Perséfone The Story / El cuento
The story It is the age of the Greek Gods. Persephone is the daughter of the goddess Demeter and of Zeus. Persephone is sad because she wants to fall in love. Zeus wants to send an arrow of Eros, the god of love, to his daughter, but Demeter says no. Zeus and Demeter argue. Eros shoots the arrow but it hits Hades, god of the underworld who takes Persephone to his palace. At first Persephone doesn’t love Hades, but little by little, she falls in love with him. Demeter looks for her daughter desperately. When Zeus tells her where she is, she gets very angry and sends winter and bad weather to Earth. Everything will die…it’s vital to find a solution. Persephone has to go with her mother, but Hades and Persephone don’t want to separate. The solution is in a fruit and the result…a winter that is four months long… El cuento Es la época de los dioses griegos. Perséfone es hija de Zeus y de la diosa Deméter. Perséfone está triste porque quiere enamorarse. Zeus quiere enviar una flecha de Eros, el dios del amor a su hija, pero Deméter dice que no. Zeus y Deméter discuten. Eros dispara pero la flecha le da a Hades, dios del mundo inferior, que se lleva a Perséfone a su palacio. Al principio Perséfone no quiere a Hades, pero poco a poco se enamora de él. Deméter busca a su hija desesperadamente. Cuando Zeus le dice donde está, se enfada mucho y manda el invierno y el mal tiempo a la tierra. Todo morirá ... es necesario encontrar una solución. Perséfone tiene que ir con su madre, pero Hades y Perséfone no quieren separarse. La solución está en una fruta y el resultado... un invierno de cuatro meses....
