Aims

This programme aims to:

• show how people in Britain and Germany prepared for attack from the air
• give some insight into the effects of the Battle of Britain on British civilians and German pilots
• study first-hand accounts and images of the horrific impact of bombing on heavily populated built-up areas of Britain and Germany
