00.00 – 04.28

Introduces the tycoons and the business they're taking on. Kaiz boutique and photo studio, in Kingley Court off Carnaby Street, will close if it continues to lose money.

04.29 – 08.30

Michael and Sarah take a good look around Kaiz and talk to Zazel and Dean about their financial arrangements. The tycoons set a two-week agenda – to make over the boutique, to promote the studio, and to relaunch the business.

08.31 – 11.45

Dean tackles the shop front, and Zazel decides to focus on just a few designers and increase the concession fee. She does some research on the Portobello Road.

11.46 – 14.25

Michael takes over the promotion of the boutique and the studio and sorts out a sign and a promo-pack. He comes up with a stunt in Carnaby Street to bring customers into the boutique.

14.26 – 15.35

Zazel, Dean and Sarah clear out and refit Kaiz. The makeover is complete.

15.36 – 19.58

Michael plans the relaunch event with Zazel – a fashion show hosted by a celebrity, and a one-day sale. The promotion of the studio is hard work but soon brings in business.

19.58 – 23.41

Kingly Court is packed for the relaunch celebration. The boutique has its busiest day for months.
