Eight teenagers meet to discuss condom use on the factory floor at Pasante. Only three of the eight use condoms regularly and they provide some feedback to the condom makers as to why that is.

05:35 – 10:27

Emily and Xan, who have been together for eight months, try out some condoms. Back at the factory, the other teenagers discuss their attitudes to condom use, and whose responsibility it is. Josie, who knows the consequences of not practising safe sex, distributes condoms at local nightclubs.

10:28 – 13:38

Chris enjoys one-night-stands but is more concerned with avoiding pregnancy than an STI. Josie and her friend Marnie spread the safe sex message.

13:39 – 19:26

Emily and Xan test out more condoms. The young people discuss ways to make condoms more fun, and practise putting them onto some condom demonstrators. Jasmine, who always uses condoms, gets some advice about different types of contraception.

19:27 – 24:40

The young people discuss oral sex (a safer alternative to intercourse) and how condoms might actually improve sex. They are introduced to incredibly thin, non-latex condoms, which Emily and Xan rate quite highly. Some final words reinforce the benefits of using condoms.
