The 10 programmes have similar aims:

  • To explore the differences between a takeaway version of a dish and one made by the traditional method
  • To gain insights into a different culture
  • To raise awareness of different ways of dealing with problems and challenges.

England and Wales

Parts of some programmes are relevant for examined courses in Citizenship, Media Studies and Food Technology.

The programmes are also relevant for the following aspects of PSHE and Citizenship in the National Curriculum:
