V is for vivisection. Shows animal rights protesters campaigning against Huntingdon Life Sciences, and explains what they hope to achieve. Reveals the limitations that court injunctions and a large police presence place on their activities.

W is for Women's Movement. Summarises women's campaigns for equality over the years. Illustrates gender inequalities in contemporary society. Finn Mackay argues that women's rights activists have a low profile in contemporary society.

13:13 – 16:23

X equals the vote. Explores the reasons why increasing numbers of people are choosing not to vote in general and other elections.

16:24 – 20:52

Y is for youth. Confirms that young people remain at the forefront of protest activities and explores the reasons for this. Looks at Kierra Box's 'Hands Up for Peace' campaign.

20:53 – 23:45

Z is for the snoozing sound of apathy. Commentators explore the dangers of apathy and encourage young people to participate and make their voices heard.
