Ten families with teenagers who aren't getting on with their parents are filmed for a week. For some the problems are about discipline, for others it's to do with family stresses, and for most there's an overwhelming failure to communicate well. At the end of the week, parents and teens watch the films and gain a real insight into each other's lives and feelings. But will it help them to reveal more about themselves to each other and solve the problems that have driven them apart?
