SERIES AIMS
- To support personal development activities and help young people to appreciate that change is possible
- To raise awareness of the role that self-presentation plays in shaping other people's perceptions
- To explore factors that affect self-respect, self-esteem, self-confidence and the ability to form effective relationships at work and in social situations
- To illustrate practical strategies for boosting confidence, improving self-presentation and developing assertiveness and other skills that young people need to make the transition to adult and working life.
