PROGRAMME 8: SEXUALITY

This programme is all about sexuality and sexual orientation. It covers topics such as types of sexuality (gay, straight, bisexual, lesbian), coming out, homophobia, stereotypes, religious perspectives, discrimination, civil partnerships and the law.

PROGRAMME AIMS

• To present facts and issues around sexuality in a humorous way
• To look at some of the cultural history around sexuality
• To consider and challenge some of the myths that surround sexuality
• To find out what the general public think about being gay
• To offer some advice about a common problem for young gay people.
