This programme is all about puberty and what boys and girls can expect. It covers topics such as changing bodies, growing pains, body odour, breaking voices, facial hair, wet dreams, periods, breast growth, masturbation, and emotional and behavioural changes.

• To present the facts about puberty in a humorous way
• To look at some of the cultural history around puberty
• To consider and challenge some of the myths that surround puberty
• To find out what the general public think about puberty
• To offer some advice about a common problem for young women.
