Designed to complement the KNTV range of programmes, this site features all the characters from the series. It is a fun and interactive website telling young people everything they want to know about life in Slabovia. Click on Getting Started to get help to find your way round the site. There is a link from the Ministry of Sex section to Sexperience http://sexperienceuk.channel4.com/sex-on-c4, a Channel 4 website featuring personal and at times explicit accounts of sexual experiences [parental guidance recommended].

Youthinformation.com is the National Youth Agency's online information toolkit for young people and all those working with them. Within its health area, under Family and Relationships, is a link to Love and Sex, an area of the site with lots of information on sex and relationships. There is a link to www.nya.org.uk/sexplanation where you can find out about a new resource for young people created by the national youth agency, in partnership with Brook Advisory Centres, which helps support open and honest discussion around sex and relationships. There are also links to a range of other useful websites.

This link is for the healthy living section of this NHS-run site. It contains helpful information on a range of health issues, with a whole section on sexual health, including STIs, contraception and condoms. Click on the Sexual Health for Teens link to see the RU thinking website (see also below).

One of the best sexual heath websites for young people, with sections for boys and girls, emergency help, sex facts and myths, and a list of popular topics. You can also find your nearest sexual health advice agency/clinic.

LTS is the lead organisation for curriculum development in Scotland. This part of their website contains a search tool for lists of resources – printed media, websites, leaflets, videos and teaching kits – to help support all aspects of health education. Simply arch for sexual health.

At the Teachers' TV site you can view a film entitled 'School matters – teenage sexual health', which profiles two schools' approaches to improving Sex and relationships education. Includes a link to Brook's website, among others (see also below).

Brook Advisory Centres – commonly known just as Brook – is the only national voluntary-sector provider of free and confidential sexual health advice and services specifically for young people under 25. From the home page you can access a range of games and quizzes, as well as short film that looks at young people's experiences of sex education.

Website providing sexual health and relationships information, advice and support for young people. Includes sections on STIs, pregnancy, rights and responsibilities, relationships, respect, and feeling confident. There are also sections for parents and professionals with downloadable leaflets, resources and reports.

The teenage health freak website contains a wealth of information for young people on a whole range of health topics. It has a 'virtual surgery' that contains real life questions from young people and answers from 'Doctor Ann', with a particular section on sex. There is also an A-Z of health in the index as well as quizzes and surveys for young people.

LGBT Youth Scotland is a national youth organisation working towards the inclusion of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender young people in the life of Scotland. On their website, you can find out more about the service and how you can get involved, and browse information for LGBT young people, their families and friends, and professionals working with them.

A new website for young people from NHS County Durham on teen health. Its focus is on sexual health and relationships, drugs and alcohol, and keeping healthy, physically and emotionally.

Another website for young people about sexual health and relationships, which tells it 'like it is'. The Cool or fool section contains quizzes on contraception, STIs and a general sexual health quiz with 12 questions to answer.
