PROGRAMME AIMS
To raise awareness of:
- self-esteem
- the effects of stress on the body
- the way in which stress can prevent us moving on
- the importance of being organised and dealing with stress.

This programme is relevant for courses in Sociology, General Studies and Careers. It is also useful for the following aspects of PSHE in the National Curriculum:
