Guidance

- Should fashion models be thin or should they be a range of different sizes and shapes?
- Why does the fashion industry employ very tall and thin models?
- What is Rachel's opinion of images of models and celebrities in the media?
- Look at magazine photos of famous people or think of some very thin celebrities. How do they look? What would they look like if they were a stone heavier?
- Rachel is a healthy size – how does she look?
- What health problems can people who are too thin have?
- How can we make ourselves look and feel good, whatever our shape and size?
- How much impact do you think Rachel's online magazine will have?
- Who helps Rachel the most, and why?
- How would you promote the use of healthy-weight models in fashion photographs?
- What makes you feel good about yourself?
- What are your really good points? Tell a partner what his or hers are.
