BATTLEFRONT

PROGRAMME 1: ALEXANDER ROSE – GUN AND KNIFE CRIME

It's a shocking statistic that, in London alone, an average of 52 teenagers per week are victims of knife crime.

Alex Rose, a 19-year-old living in London, is determined to stop gun and knife crime. Having grown up in an area where violence was normal, he was profoundly affected by the violent death of a friend, Eugene Attram. Alex was so inspired at Eugene's memorial service that he started his own campaign called 'STOP'.

In this programm we see this amazing young man give speeches, run his own website, produce and sell 'STOP' T-shirts, and even meet Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
