Features
- ‘Victorian
Children’ is firmly linked to Unit 11 of the DfEE / QCA
scheme of work for Key Stage 2 History, ‘What was
it like for children living in Victorian Britain?’ There
are web links between the DfEE website and ‘Victorian
Children’.
- The
pupil pages cover four of the six sections of the scheme although
work will obviously need to be developed and followed up in
class.
- The
site may link to other History units and National Curriculum areas
in the future.

Children’ provides historical resources and texts useful for
work in both History and Literacy.
