how to live a sustainable lifestyle
Even when you are shopping for food you can behave in a way that can benefit the poorer countries.

Here's a start - BUT don't forget the simple things you can do.

Help others at home and around the world.

Look for the Fair Trade label on the food you and your parents or guardians buy at the supermarket. See the Fair Trade page of this website.
