Write to your MP about endangered species.
And also...
  • Learn about local wildlife sites and make sure they're safe. If you hear about plans to build on one, campaign to save it. Involve the media and your MP.

  • Become a super sleuth! Scan your local paper for planning applications for any new developments (supermarkets, warehouses etc.) that will threaten land near you. All applications have to be publicised in the local papers. They're usually at the back and often in sneakily small print!

  • Join the WWF and find out about campaigns local to you.
