Answer the following questions:
- What are some of the signs of stress?
- Identify ten strategies for coping with stress.
- List your top ten sources of negative stress. Circle those that you can reduce or eliminate from your life. (You might have several items circled, or maybe none at all). Now, create an action plan for those items circled. What can you do to reduce the things that stress you out?
- One of the ways you can deal with stress is by replacing negative thoughts with positive ones. List all of the things you have accomplished, no matter how small, within last week, last month, last six months, and last year. What things do you feel particularly proud of? Try to identify things that make you feel positive about yourself.
- Do any of your mates exhibit signs of stress? If so, how can you help them to get the help they need?
